SKG INVESTMENT PARTNERS 6 STEP PROCESS
STEP 1
Reach out and engage. Drop us an email or give us a call to set up an intial call. Steve will inquire about things like: style preference, location needs, size of the home, budget, etc.
STEP 2
SKG will source a target home, that will potentially be a good fit for you once the renovations are completed.
STEP 3
You will be looped in at this point and have an opportunity to visit the property, and discuss the vision for the finished project.
STEP 4
SKG will endeavor to purchase the home at a desired price point. If this is not possible we will circle back to Step 2.
The work begins! SKG will oversee the design, permitting, construction, and finishing work on the home. The client can be as involved as they would like to be, selecting colors, tile, kitchen style, etc.
STEP 5
The finished product is sold to the client at the agreed upon price that was determined pre-renovation. Just to be clear, if the client has engaged a real estate agent, should they purchase a home through SKG, all agents will be protected.
